Kathmandu: The Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has declared a reduction in fuel prices, effective from December 1. In a press statement issued today, NOC stated that the prices of diesel and kerosene have been decreased by Rs 4 per litre, while the price of petrol has been lowered by Rs 2 per litre. Despite incurring a loss of Rs 300 per cylinder, the price of LP Gas remains unchanged.
According to the updated price list, the cost per litre of petrol in the Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, and Doti will be Rs 170. Meanwhile, diesel and kerosene in these locations will now be priced at Rs 160 per litre, as per NOC's announcement.
